Doc Presence specializes in providing websites for small health care practices. It is our focus, our passion, and we perform with excellence. We are technology experts, know health care, and as a small business ourselves appreciate the time and money constraints involved in every decision.

We have carefully studied the needs of form and substance by working with health care providers and small focus groups of patients. The cost / benefit ratio of numerous approaches have been carefully evaluated resulting in technology investments to create our unique service (see our FAQ for more information). The bottom line for you is an effective website at a cost you can live with. This may be your lowest cost promotional expense.

How do we compare?

Doc Presence believes the goal of your website should be effectiveness, not cartoon-like dazzle. Your website should be professional, reliable, work on all browsers on all platforms, navigation should be obvious, information should be printable, and your patients should not have to reconfigure their computers to access it.

Doc Presence also believes the most ineffective website is having none at all, so it must be affordable. Our competition typically charges many times our setup fee and their operating costs are often composed of multiple fees totaling several times the single, low, and comprehensive Doc Presence service fee.

There is No Comparison!

Selecting a provider for your website can be a daunting, expensive, and time consuming experience. We at Doc Presence have made every effort to see that it is easy, inexpensive, low-risk, and fast. Please consider the following when comparing us to others:

How much will it cost? You should know exactly how much it will cost to setup and operate. Remember to ask about additional fees. Doc Presence is only $295 to setup and $149 semiannually to operate (under $1/day) without any other fees or charges.
What is your risk? You should not have to spend thousands of dollars with a provider you have never done business with. Your Doc Presence at-risk money is limited to the low $295 setup fee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason (you won't be, but theoretically speaking) you have no further obligation. In fact, you may discontinue service at any time without penalty. Additionally and unlike some others, we do not hold your domain name hostage - if you decide to leave our service we will promptly transfer your domain name rights to you.
Is it a real website or simply an entry on some "directory", "association", "membership", or other listing service? Doc Presence provides you with your own website, accessible by your own domain name (e.g. http://YourPractice.com), and with multiple, custom information pages tailored to your practice.
Is it offered as a bundle with other services? Some providers require the purchase of additional services such as listings, appointments, group advertising, and so on. Doc Presence provides quality, unbundled websites without expensive additional services.
